ABOUT US
TCDC is a wood-fired pizza and donut crew slinging hot pies & cider donuts out the back of a trailer somewhere in the Hudson Valley.
Some of you may know us as Aye! Oh! Donuts, as we were a former resident at Angry Orchard in Walden, building a cult following. IYKYK......and yeah, the donuts are still that good.
Chef Tony runs the oven. Working in pizzerias throughout high school, he always felt drawn to the oven. He graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in 2009, working in fine dining for most of his early career. Finding that was just not it, he returned to his roots, the pizzeria, honing his skills and mastering the perfect dough over decades.
Kelly has a long history in hospitality, working in restaurants for years, spanning from formal catering halls and country clubs to farm-to-table cafes and tasting rooms. She'll help you navigate your special event with TCDC.
